Who is a typical fraudster- Latest report by KPMG

Year on year different reports come out with all most similar findings but are the organization doing something about it? Despite of red flags, organizations behave as if nothing can happen to them and when it happens, people are blamed rather than the processes. I feel that the day when despite of performance, experience & seniority, standard rules are applied to all only then such things will change. Day when people realize that the way goal are achieved is as important as the achievement of goals only then we will have some change taking place.
